Models for double sided paper

I have accumulated a stash of double sided paper with different colors on each side. Some of it is regular and some of it has foil on one side. I have not used much of it because I do not generally fold models that would show off the colors very well.
I would like some recommendations for interesting models for this type of paper. I am not afraid of complex models.

John Montroll has some nice models, like the Zebra and the spotted Giraffe in "African Animals", and the tiger from "Origami Inside Out" (this book contains a lot of nice colour-change models).

If you blintz fold half the square on each side of the paper, then proceed to fold a crane, you can get some nice color variations.

I think the Greatest Inside Out model is The Tiger by Komatsu Hideo.
Fumiaki Has a nice Racoon which changes colour at the tail, too.

It is diagrammed in Origami Tanteidan Convention No. 8.

This may sound wierd but Akira Yoshizowa made a diagram for a pooping dog. It requires double sided paper. Look it up, its a real diagram

I may be mistaken, but I thought that the pooping dog was Ron Koh's model, not Yoshizawa's.

Yah thats right. sorry
