My favourite books are the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett. I'd say Theif of Time is my favourite of them.

I haven't read those books yet but I have heard that they are very good. I'll probably start reading them soon.

In the fantasy genre I could also recommend; a song of ice and fire, the wheel of time and I'm currently reading The malazan book of the fallen. And also the dark tower series by stephan king.

My absolute favorite book is "Mothman Prophecies" by John A. Keel. It's a sort of non-fiction book about Mothman and the collapse of the Silver Bridge (in Virginia I believe). It has all sorts of personal accounts and encounters from other people about Mothman. He wrote it in such a way that it still has good story telling. The movie wasn't even a shameful attempt. I also liked Call of the Wild, but that one isn't for everyone.
I finally got it to say something under my posts!

Docter sleep was nice, if you haven't already, you should read "the shining" aswell. Way better then the movie btw.
I remember seeing the mothman movie many years ago, I thought it was based on comic, or maybe I'm confusing different movies. I google the book, but I still have 12 books of a 1000 pages to read in english (not my native language) of the malazan series. Looking forward to some more recommandations.

Another good book series is the Wool series (Wool, Shift, Dust) by Hugh Howey. It's a good dystopian fiction series and I would recommend it.
Re: Favourite Book/ Book Series
Exactly the same as Swapnil. I think Dan Brown's books are great and really hard to put away once I've started reading. I like the Harry Potter series as well, except the half-blood prince. I even like the movies which I can't say about 'Angels and Demons' and 'The Da Vinci Code'.

A very good book that I just finished is called Mortal Engines (by Philip Reeve). I'm looking out for the other books in the series next time I go to the library!

Re: Favourite Book/ Book Series
I'm currently reading "A Clockwork Orange" by Anthony Burgess. Brilliant book, but it has its own terminology for some words, which you have to figure out by context. However, it does have a lot of violence in the 1st part. I would definitely recommend it though.
