Exactly what Frumious said. I've folded a couple of Fujimoto apples already. Also, the CAPCHTA doesn't work for me either. It just comes up with one or two letters rather than words.

@Arg: ilWhen he(she?) says "scheme", it means diagrams. It's just not very good Russian translation. Do fold the models though, They're great diagrams!

That book was my first origami book. I learnt origami from it, so it is kind of nostalgic to me, especially now that it is falling apart and looks more "antique". I never actually tried to get the certificate though.

I use acrylic paints watered down to taste. It makes the paper slightly springier in my experience, but no major effects.

Hint: A paint roller helps a LOT with evenness.
