Yes! horned owl is very nice to fold...
You should try Komatsu Horse also, it is surely more complex, but when you fold it, it's like you said "the paper fold himself". Amazing...
And the diagrams don't put you in problems like 1/8 division ecc... :)

Yes, but when I make precrease with the model closed, the thikness of the paper do not permit to make them precisely, one or more millimeter in a small model are very much, in a big model are not...
hope you understand my problem...

Don't be evil Origami_8... :)
I think he doesn't want to make creases that are not necessary...
I usually use anoter bit of paper, make it the same length og the part I have to divide, and I fold this aux paper and use it to se where I have to fold...

I don't like open sinks!
Like most of the insect of R.Lang have.
I don't like to fold big models, I usually use 15*15cm size. And it is hard to make good open sink. I have to make precrease with the model opened to make it nice... really boring

Crane feet

Hi!
I'm trying to make a crane...
I want it with feet, but have some problem to find a good way to fold them.
The legs are like the 2 bottom part of a bird base, offcourse they have to be thinner...
Hope you did understand.
Any Idea?

thanks
