Re: How to be more accurate?
Just take your time. Accuracy is most important at the beginning of the model, so be really precise there.

Re: Robert J. Lang Origami House new book?
It is a shame there isn't another insect book coming. I remember when I first discovered insects 2. I was amazed, and had a great time folding the models.
I'm just glad that you are still contributing excellent models to the origami community.

Re: New Kamiya Model
I think I'm being misunderstood. My point wasn't about telling you to shut up if you aren't a Kamiya fan. I just don't appreciate people calling the ryujin 3.5 inefficient. It can't go any more efficient than that. It is a truly genius design, as it at first seemed impossible to design a dragon of s...

Re: New Kamiya Model
I don't understand why people think the ryujin 3.5 is needlessly complex. While it is true that the model is very complex, that doesn't mean that it is uselessly complex. To fold a dragon of that detail, you will need a really large square and MC to fold it. I don't think it is possible to design a ...

Less complex, yeah. His new models are still over 100 steps though.

The description says there are diagram production plans soon. Does anyone know how long that will be? I love the looks of this model.

Re: Which would win?
This is by far the dumbest thing I've ever seen, but I will participate for the fun of it.
Because an ostrich is so large, and because it has such smaller bat wings, it realistically won't be able to fly. Therefore the whale could crush the ostrich with it's weight.

Re: Butcher/kraft paper.. amazing
I've recently discovered 'if you care' brand baking paper. It works great, and most of the models on my flickr photostream are folded with it.
