Here's what I've got before final shapening. And that would be difficult because of thickness.

I have a 70cm sheet of reddish paper. The paper is very strong and quite thick. I'm looking for quite detailed model (large sheet) but without too many layers. Maybe something with tesselation in it. Suggestions?

Matsui Erika's Actress from CP Challenge in Tanteidan 136. The model is on the cover of the issue. I couldn't successfully collapse it though. Let me know if you can do it.

I like canson paper. I usually steal it from my wife It can take reasonable amount of water in and is sturdy after drying. It's also available in lots of colors.

gordigami, jsu, is it possible for you to shoot a 45 sec video showing this in practice? E.g. I'm folding Komatsu's wolf and tried to figure out a step to do this. I don't understand your technique.

For anything really truly difficult I will just unfold, crease properly, and then refold everything back together. This is interesting. What do you mean unfold? Unfold almost to CP? Did anyone successfully fold Matsui Erika's Actress from CP Challenge in Tanteidan 136?

I have somehow collapsed the base but can't figure out folding sequence for the base yet. Are there any helpful hints in the text? Unfortunately I can't read Japanese.

I'm folding it right now from Tanteidan convention #14. I'm having troubles with steps 34-36. Any help?

PS I also can't read japanese, so if someone translates text on 34, 35 I would be really grateful.
