I dont know, there was said that this is a floor sculpture, so that means something to
put on the floor, i think. |

yeah I have obtained the same results with:
a waterbomb base with one flap undone
revrese fold the undone flap to get a quarter of a bird base
from those corners add an angle bisector through the centerline of the model so you get a straight line all the way to the pair of flaps which are half a water bomb.
now reverse the flaps inwards on the angle just made
the tips of the extra paper will go reversed inside one of the flaps which are closing inside thus tidying up the inside of the model
spread the original reverse slightly and display.
I do not know how to draw diagrams but itīs really easy to do this.
