Hi !

I just have a conversation with Roman, this is my question :

"
.... I'm so happy, you make a new book ! Nicolas Terry told me that he contains 34 models ?? Very good !! I hope the fox, the lemur, the owl designed for Nicolas and the fantastic Roc !

Any idea for the date of publication ?

Congratulations again for this beautiful models
"

and this is his response !!

"Hi Philippe

Thanks so much for your message!
All the models you mention are included in the book. There is also the Bullfrog, Donkey, Cardinal and a few others.
The date of publication doesn´t depend on us anymore but on the printers, binders, etc. We hope to have it out by mid November.
Cheers!
Román

Thanks for your interest in this new book.

I'm happy to give you more details :

About the production :
- The black and white page + color page + cover have been printed on last friday 16 oct.
- This monday 19 oct, all these pages leave Grenoble to go to Paris for the special binding.

Date of Publication ?
- The book should come back here on 6th november IF no problem and no delay !

Where you can find it ?
- The book will be available only in my shop Origami-shop.com and later in some local association. So don't try to find it in any amazon-like website or other retailer. I ship to ANY countries easily (South and North Amercia / Europe / Asia / Oceanie).

The index :

Hope you like it.

Looks very nice. I think i would want to fold "roc/Mythological" eagle the most, and the lemur is very nice looking tooc:D i also like how you have 4 frogs at the end of the book, in increasing evel of complexity order

New Nicolas Terry Book

Post by gordigami »

Thank you very much Nicolas !
I have only slightly hinted at Roman's book, because you & Roman have done all the effort & work, consequently deserve to choose when more details would be made available.
This , most surely, will develop into a very welcomed book, and just in time for Christmas ! I notice that you [/i]might get the book back the weekend of the PCOC . Even if unavailable there, it is sure to stimulate a great deal of conversation and anticipation .
Some terrific models available, from easy to medium to more difficult.
Am glad that Roman will make his birds available, they are such a great design.
I had to smile, the new name for the fox will be less controversial than " Fuchs", and no matter the name, a most welcome model to fold.
Am curious to see if my CP interpretation of the " acrobatic elephante" matches Roman's folding.
So many great models to fold, I can't wait !
Thanks again, Nicolas & Roman .
Gordon
May I wish success to all who cope with the mountains & valleys of Life,

Awesome, and just in time for my christmas list (if I can wait that long)!

After folding the swan from Tanteidan 15, I'm really looking forward to seeing how he has done the rest of the inflatables, and if I can do any justice to the multi-layer mane on the unicorn.

Wow great line-up!

I'm so glad that Roman's new designs are getting published. I hoped that he had diagrammed the Tancho Zuru, I have collaspe the base from cp but can't work out the shaping....

Terry, i dont know if its too late or not, but in that first picture you showed us of the model contents i think you spelled "appendix" wrong. it has two p's instead of one. On the right side of the page where it lists the contents in english  i know its a tiny mistake but i notice things like that :P

Thanks for your comments and your enthousiast.

yes ! It's too late !
I 'm always surprised that after so many proof-reads ( at least 5 guys + me + the printer read the index !) mistakes can stay again and again ... It's a pity !!!
