It's by Satoshi Kamiya. On other convention pictures (sorry, I don't remember where exactly) there was a small CP to be seen next to it.
It's an amazing model in my opinion
Edit:
Found the picture with the CP:

I was wondering how many people here actually saw those episodes... The improv stuff that they had the contestants sometimes do was absolutely amazing! One of the contestants owned a 'japanese pancake' restaruant in Tokyo that I loved. He would fold models for his customers and was really charismatic, and I think he was part of the reason why I got into origami. He was eliminated in a contest where they had to make a particular crane chain the fastest.
We have satellite TV but only one channel, NHK.
But TV Champions is discontinued on NHK now .
But since it's Kamiya's model, I wouldn't hope for diagrams. They're too time consuming to make I guess, in relation to how much time he spends designing.

Little Bird, not Yellow Bird. Look at the cover here: http://origami.gr.jp/Magazine/Index/103-108-e.htmlDavidW wrote:Is this the same as his Chocobo model that appeared in one of the Tanteidan convention books awhile back? Or is it different?
