emberjelly, according to the Origami Database, the diagrams for this model can be found at Origami Tanteidan Convention No. 1 ( )
Also, the CP at Origami Tanteidan Magazine 79.
Also, you can refer to this post: viewtopic.php?t=1141&highlight=violist
for some help with collapsing the CP for LANG's Violist (or pirate with parrot, or an ET with a sword and a penguin....).

Tanteidan magazine is the official magazine of the Japan Origami Academic Society (JOAS). The magazine is great featuring articles about different artists and has diagrams for some complex models (sometimes Satoshi )
Also every issue has a crease pattern challenge in the back as well as upcoming events. It also has a modular section aswell. For more information go here

Violinist - Help wanted
Hi,
I am at Step 54-55 where the model says 'open sink'....I wanted to know if this open sink should also be done to the portion on the other side of the paper (behind) which corresponds to this fold.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance,
Paperz

pictures of both violinists are available on takashi's website.
in fact... i think there may be a third, one that was modular, but i may be mistaken.
also, this was asked, but never answered... i understand the diagrams were given as an extra to joas members... is it possible to purchase copies through the joas at all?

Which violinist are you folding? His 2003 version, his unpublished version, or his modular 3 piece version?paperz wrote:Hi,

There are 11 types of people in the world: Those who don't understand binary code, people who DO understand binary code, and then there's people who understand binary code but don't know they do.
