Hey there,
I've been trying to fold an azalea following this diagram.. However, I don't really understand what I have to do at step 13 and 14. Could anyone perhaps post some pictures of what I have to do there to clarify it?
Best regards,
Adam

Hey Adam and welcome to the forum! I just tried this model and took some pictures. How impure~ it's folded from a rectangle. Tsk tsk (just kidding!)
Ok. So, the instructions were, lets say, pretty ambiguous. I had a hard time figuring out many some of the later steps as well as steps 13 & 14.
I may make some more photo-diagrams of the later steps if you have troubles with those steps as well- don't beat yourself up about it.
Here are photo-diagrams for steps 13 & 14:

*note1: when I say pictures, I'm talking to my photo-diagrams. When I say diagrams, I'm referring to the diagrams drawn by Kalei Anne Lundberg, the creator of the azalea.
*note2: my pictures start from step 13 of the diagram and end at step 15
*note3: in the diagrams, steps 13-14 are multiple steps. My pictures 2-5 depict swinging the bird-bases behind to get to the first stage, and pictures 6-7 get from the first stage to the second stage, or what is shown in step 14 of the diagrams.
*note4: my pictures 13 & 14 show the opposite side (like what is shown in step 19 of the diagram)

I assume you see the difference. Now what am i doing wrong? i have done this over and over again many times to find out the step im doing wrong, but it seems i cant find it. and what´s really awkward is that my origami looks the same as the one in the diagram at step 13, yet still im doing it wrong somehow, please help

If I remember that step correctly, it isn't supposed to be the same on both sides, if that was what you were wondering.

Wow...your azalea is really cool...I really don't know how you managed to pull the petals all the way that far...When I fold it mine is kind of out of geometry. I can't manage to arrange the petals simetrical like. Here's some pictures:

Can you tell me how you arrange the petals in the end please?

I don't exactly get the question. My petals were the same length as yours, but I shortened it to round out the end. The petals may look long because of the angle of which I took the picture at- the rest of the stem was hidden beneath the petals.
When I folded the flower, arranging the petals was a royal pain. It was very hard to make the flower look presentable. In truth, I don't like this model very much. That might also be because I'm not a flower person. The only other flower I've ever folded is Robert Lang's rose.
