hi, buddies, i'm new here. i like this eagle, and i was guided to here in process of looking the diagrams.
i was stuck for a long time, naabox did a good job, but i still can't get the base from his picture. i just can't find the relevant part between the cp and the base, could any one help me?
i mark the picture. Is the beak be the area circled with green line? And where the rhombus marked with red line in the CP? And how to fold the blue line part?

Re: 5ths
I proved if you divide into 2, you get 3; 3 gets 4; 4 gets 5 exactly the same way. n gets n+1. i tried to divide in 17ths the same way; dividing into 16ths and the use the same procedure. It worked=)LeoMx wrote:
Here it is how to fold 5ths
a little birdy in the sky,
dropped a poopy in my eye.
i wasn't mad, i didn't cry,
i just thank god that cows can't fly...

Thanks for ori-gauthier's help!
This is what I get now. I wonder if those parts are right? And now I don't know how to deal with that deltoid area (mark with red line). Could anyone give me some advice?

Fold the triangle at the top-right of the CP under. Just tuck it away. It's not used.imchpy wrote:Thanks for ori-gauthier's help!

Hi All,
So before I start to rip off the middle... I'd like to ask for some help.
It took me forever to colaspe most of the paper, but I manage to get up to part which ori-gauthier showed in the photo.
And looking at Anermak's photo to get the diamond shape in the middle... I just got completely lost... is that a made up bit or is it part of the crease pattern?
Thanks
