That's the closet translation I could find in "PULP AND PAPER DICTIONARY" of my language , it means "colored thin cotton paper", and its price is around 4 times more expensive than kraft paper , and 4 times cheaper than unryu paper(a kind of washi).Alexandre wrote:But what does mean flocking tissue

Here is something I "designed."
I call it a "CranePop"
I have never seen anyone do something like this, so I think it is original. I also did something like this with a rose (not exactly the K rose, but pretty close). I need to upload those pictures.
