Help with Brian Chan Attack of the Kraken!!!

Ok, now I have one sail flipped around and have no idea how to shape all of these random flaps. Anermak posted some pics in another thread, but my computer won't let me see them . Could somebody give me an idea of what to do next please?

I'm having the same problem as Cranemaster366. The collapse was relatively easy, and I understand which part becomes what for the squid and sails. But I haven't the faintest of how to form the hull or boat parts. Help would be much appreciated.
