I still haven't got to fold the boar yet! #-o I really, really want to, but just don't have the time!

Just folded it. Steps 29-30 were a little confusing not knowing what flaps were involved, but otherwise the steps were pretty clear. I love how the model is nice from above as well as the sides. It has potential of a 3-d underbelly, but I feared to manipulate the japanese foil further. A beautiful model, especially being from a blintz-type base. Congrats :).

Came up with a new model, by running a river of pleats down the middle of both sides of the paper, for fingers and toes. Then I folded the same base as for the boar. How to collapse the pleats is pretty difficult (both to do, and for me to describe), but it ends up creating the bottom jaw and tongue. It also creates two more additional lateral flaps, which i did not need in the model.

I was inspired by Guspath Go's werewolf, and wanted to create one of my own. I saw that the Boar base would work, if modified, and chose to work of it. The result turned out to be a bit cartoonish, but I was able to accomplish all the details I had hoped.

This uses the same base as the Boar, so I thought I'd post it in here too, in case anyone wants to try it.

Umm, is that a tongue sticking out of its mouth, or the tail of some poor, defenseless animal?

It's supposed to be a tongue. I guess it's more apparent at another angle.

Nice! That looks so good. I wish I was that good at designing. I have just started learning, so maybe one day.... :D
If you can't fold it, try a bazooka.

With the brown paper, it make it look like a tail of something (perhaps it could be either)

Great Job! Looks really good! :D I started on another project, using the same base as the wolf, but I haven't had time to finish it yet. Maybe this weekend. :D
