Hey everyone! It's finally time I participated in the monthly challenge again (I think last time I did was last year...) Plus, the models submitted this month are all great! Mythological creatures are always one of the best topics in origami. Oh well, time to show my two entries :
Naga :
A naga is, basically, any living being with a snake's tail from hindu or buddhist mythology. Today, it's been mostly popularized through video games, represented with a woman's body. On a side note, if the tail seems too short, it's because it is curled up on my model. It's actually longer than it appears.
Mermaid :
My second entry, based almost entirely on my previous one. I'm sure everyone knows what a mermaid is, so I don't think I need to bother with the definition...
