That's actually supposed to be chest hair - I know, it didn't come out too good.
Because this model is in an upward pointed position, I wanted to close the chest so it can be viewed from all sides - made a bit of a mess but looks worse on the photo, because the whole model is very 3D that can't be seen.

I remade my harpy taking angrydemon's comments into account. I think it looks much better now, thanks demon
