Oh, well, you put alot of effort into the books, and for me, that more than makes up for the mistakes. In regards to the models, they look like they would be pretty fun to fold, with good results. The roc looks pretty fun

Will there be a secret code in this book, like the other ones you publish?

Book
- should be pre-sell at the beginning of november.
- Should be sell on 6 november if no delay.

>And when is the earliest time it can be delivered?

If you are in Europe :
-Using priority service : 3-7 days
-Using economic service : 1-2 weeks

If you are overseas (America, Asia ...)
-Using priority service : 1-2 weeks
-Using economic service : 3-5 weeks

So in all case, you could have before Christmas

Thank you for all the recent information, Nicolas .
In that the secret code will " not be clearly displayed ",
I am relegated to imagine that the code will " not absolutely pop right out of the pages", as it did in the previous two books .
Ha Ha !
You have a great sense of humour , Nicolas !
No pain, no gain...
Greatly looking forward to this terrific book.

New Nicolas Terry Book

Post by gordigami »

Nicolas Terry recently reported some unfortunate news on his Twitter site.

" Bad News : Roman new book is delayed to some weeks/months " .

Apparently the cover was messed up at the printers...

I feel bad for Nicolas and Roman, considering what must be an exhausting measure of labour for them.

In that Origami oftentimes requires patience, this is a new opportunity
to exercise the same.

I, for one, will be grateful to buy the book, no matter when it comes out.

Indeed, the cover has been bad printed with a ugly mistake and the result was really bad. Fortunately, I discovered that with really very lucky, just before the binding of the cover. So I save the black and white pages ! OUF ! All the cover have been put into the bin and I've just printed a new wave !
The new cover leave Grenoble to Paris today. The question is now to find a space in the schedule of the firm to bind the cover with the black and white pages. That's why, unfortunately I can't give you a new publication date.
Crossing our fingers to have the book before Christmas .... I will tell you.

Thank you for your considerate explanation, Nicolas .
I believe that most of us are quite willing to wait, in anticipation of
what most probably will be a terrific Roman Diaz book .
I'll also be crossing my fingers for good luck for the remainder of the project ...

Thanks but it's because OrigamiHouse is full of respect of his author, giving them so many time to make their book.

For myself, I prefer to catch my authors who become my slaves and threats them with a gun until they write for me a book every 6 months!
It's not very fair, but an artist must suffer for the origami community, isn'it ?
