Origami wedding

My fiancee and I want our wedding next week to be as personal as we can make it, and one thing we decided on a few months back was to make all the flowers for the wedding. We decided on the Kawasaki rose from Origami for the Connoisseur, as opposed to the new rose from Roses, Origami and Math because the old rose takes less than half the time to make and we had a great many to make. So after a few months we managed just over 1400 roses, and from them made 14 topiaries to use as centerpieces, 7 bouquets for the ladies, 7 boutineers for the guys, and 150 single roses to be used at the place settings on the tables during the reception. The paper used was Fabriano Ingres, which all had to be specially cut down from art-sized sheets to 5.5in squares. It's slightly rough textured paper, so I got sore fingers if I did too many in a day. But I think the end result is worth it.
